BUILDERS

[00:03:41] S1: with my own pain. [00:03:42] S0: So let me let me walk you through some scenarios, and you can let me know if this if this resonates and, like, this would would solve the pain point. So we have a few go to market engineers. As you just mentioned, like, we're sending out a lot of outreach to venture backed companies to sell our our services to effectively. And the workflow that they've built is, we're connected via Claude, and then we're connected to Apollo. They have to go run enrichment, get the list of people that we wanna target, then they have to go to Clay, then, like, three or four other platforms. And the joke that I've had or the frustration, I don't think it's even a joke, is, like, my full time job now is just signing up for new platforms and then changing admin status and adding more credits. And it's, like, the most annoying, painful work that, like, I despise doing. Like, could this solve this? Like, is that a pain point that you guys could solve?
00:04:22 · Maximilian Freiermuth, Brett
[00:04:22] S1: That's exactly the the pain point. Like, you... I feel the same way. Like, I'm feeling like the only thing I'm still doing with Claude and Codex is, like, giving it access to things all the time and, like, you know, like buying new things so it can actually, like, integrate with it. In the future, we think that, like, you don't need to do that. Like, your agent should be able to do that. The only way it can, though, safely and securely do that, if you know it actually has a platform where the services that are in there are like, you know, quality checked, there's no like prompt injection in there, it's safe, etcetera, etcetera. And that's kind of like... That's exactly what we do. [00:04:57] S0: When you think about this product and this platform, I feel like there's a million different directions that you could go. I know you're early in the launch, but how are you thinking about the the beachhead market to serve or the initial markets to serve?
00:05:07 · Maximilian Freiermuth
[00:05:07] S1: We launched this two weeks ago, so it is early, but we see already, like, a couple of customers types that really love this. One is what you just described, basically, go to market person. A lot of them are also, like, new to this as everyone that right now starts a company probably has to, like, face the reality of, like, trying to get customers requires some go to market skills. So these people wouldn't even know, like, which databases are out there. And frankly, I don't think they need to. So that's, again, like, an advantage of, like, Delegate because it just basically automatically routes you to the right service. A second user persona that we see this really resonates with is actually a lot of sort of investor type and VC type people. So they already use a lot of these services. What these services usually fall short of is in two ways. One is, like, if you then want to gather more intel about founders or, like, their teams or how they perform or how they pivoted in the past, a lot of this leads you back to actually social media, like LinkedIn posts, you know, Twitter, whatever it is. And that's something where there is solutions out there. There's plenty of, like, scrapers out there that do this. And basically, some of them perform better, some of them were... Worse. We've sort of benchmarked all of them. And again, if you ask something that can be answered with information from social media, we'll route you, like, through the best tool and give that information to your agent straight away. And then another subsection of the financial sort of persona types is PEs and people that usually are in areas where you don't have that much public information. So we have a bunch of databases in there that are, you know, more focused kind of on brick and mortar type of businesses. Because if you Google that, you'll find sometimes nothing and sometimes very outdated. So if you use Claude for these kind of use cases without us as a plug in, you probably, like, not have a good time. So those are kind of, like, the areas. There's a a couple of emerging ones too, creators, for example. What you can do is... Everyone knows by now I think that with Claude and Codex can do great videos. I mean, see all these like Opus five five generated videos on X. Right? It does.

However, like, depending on what you exactly do, there's even better finer tuned versions out of this, which again you could procure for, you know, a very nominal amount through the platform. And it can even split up sort of where you actually get the video material from versus where you get like the audio from. For example, one of our providers also eleven Labs, so you can actually, like, get eleven Labs audio directly into that. [00:07:47] S0: One of the questions I always ask guests is how do you make money? I think in your case, it's how are you going to make money? What's the the business model behind all this? [00:07:53] S1: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, we're already of revenue, but the the profit margins are still low because that's not our focus right now. We really focus on growing the business. Bottom up, the monetization model is pretty simple, actually. It's just basically a margin on top of the providers, and that's it. [00:08:08] S0: How do the providers think about you? Are you a friend?
00:08:08 · Brett, Maximilian Freiermuth
[00:08:08] S0: How do the providers think about you? Are you a friend? [00:08:11] S1: Are you a foe? Like, how should they they think about you? That's a good question. So at the beginning, was very worried about this when we started... Before we basically started that business or just thinking about it. But it turns out that we're actually a pretty, I think, good partner because the type of users that we serve are mostly, like, early in their journey, and they have, like, very, like, distributed use cases. That's where this shines. Right? If you do, like, different things and you would have to sign up for a 100 services, which you just not do, it's not like you lose a customer. Like they would not do that or they would go through trial and then cancel. However, like if in their discovery journey about like on like many, many of these services, they realize there's a couple of them that they frequently use, and they're happy with, like, the quality of it. What you can also do is basically, like, sign up directly and bring your own key, and that's what happens with users. So we are, in a way, for providers, an upper lead funnel for, like, direct customers. And in the worst case, we are basically just like a lead generator, but then the revenue basically flows through us. [00:09:14] S0: That's fascinating. So it's it's top of funnel lead gen for them. You're not taking away their existing customer base or anything like that. You're bringing them totally net new customers.

You're bringing them totally net new customers. [00:09:22] S1: Yes. Because we kind of also help them discover things. Like, right now, there's almost 700 services, and that number is growing every day on the platform. Like, nobody knows all of this. I don't know any of the all of the 700 anymore. It's just like there's there's a ton out there. I would have never thought there is a company providing specific services, data, you know, or agents around a topic. But if you look around, if you... Which is what we do, that's our job. Like, we scan the web for, like, interesting stuff that actually helps agents fulfill certain jobs they couldn't fulfill before. You find things you you would have never thought about. [00:10:00] S0: How did those 700 partnerships come to be? Was that executed via the platform? Is that how you [00:10:04] S1: found them all? Was it manual hand to hand combat? You had to [00:10:07] S0: go and negotiate these deals. [00:10:08] S1: Yeah. What did that [00:10:08] S0: look like?
