[00:56:30] S0: And it seems I got you thinking, got you to think about this for a second. Will you do those just yourself or you will partner with some guys to go invest? Because there is maybe there is a specific thesis. The guy is very specific of what is help required from your end. And then you already know a person or a two who... [00:56:51] S1: For sure. Look, I'm happy to invest with other people. Think more minds is better. Like we've like, for example, coming back to Clearview, since this is where, you know, I've kind of developed everything, I think, over the years, but in our investment committee here, in a lot of PE firms, they have an investment committee, but it's kind of, know, it's really for show, because the guy behind the scenes basically makes the decision. We've never been that way. I want to hear what everybody has to say, and then... Because we'll make a much better... We'll get a much better answer that way. So if you can find another intelligent investor to bring into a deal, that's a smart thing to do. [00:57:27] S0: Okay. I think we covered most of it on the last. Once they turn 60, 65, they think of like retirement. But the folks who I met in US, they have [00:58:02] S1: a totally different It's a different phase. It's not retirement. And it's funny because when I wrote my first ever article, I talked about this stepping back, and I got all this back, Oh, congratulations on your retirement. I'm like, No, I'm not retired. I want to be productive in whatever way that is. I want to be productive for the rest of my life. I think it's really important. It just seems crazy to be good at something and then just stop doing it. I just don't really understand that. But you can do things in different ways. [00:58:39] S0: I think, yeah, the investing game, it doesn't break bone in a way that you just get more experienced and better over time. Yeah. So in your case as well, as you just you've been writing for a year, I think if you if you do it for another ten, fifteen years, it's super special.

That's just part of life, right? I'll stay as fit as I can and continue to do Let me, let's put it this way. In ten years, I'm probably not playing basketball with those guys again. I'm gonna try, but I probably won't be able to. But your mind is something that you can cultivate forever. [00:59:21] S0: Awesome. James, is there anything you'd like to add? I mean, can folks reach out to you? Do you have like an email you want to share? Because I mean, will be tons of follow-up questions and there will be those folks who I've been talking about who may want to raise a bit of capital and have a conversation because you have such a wide experience in this space. So where they can find you? [00:59:45] S1: Yeah, mean, look, first of all, I'm LinkedIn. That's one way you can get me. But my email is jandersenclearviewcap dot com. [00:59:56] S0: Okay, awesome.
