[00:45:18] S0: Thank you very much. Team forecasting, team lending, your closing arguments, please. [00:45:23] S11: So, we started market finance because we wanted to help people, companies that wanted to raise money, get the cash they need to fill their ambitions. And we all know, imagine you're sitting and you've got your team, your startup team, and you're doing... You've got a great product and Amazon, you're selling on Amazon, making a lot of profit, but you know that Amazon is gonna take you ninety days to pay you. Right? Someone comes in and says, we can... It's okay. We know people... We can pay people. That's okay. While cash flow forecasting, we can see that we have a hole. But there's only one thing that can fill the hole while you're waiting to be paid by Amazon and you wanna do other stuff with that money and that's working capital. That's cash flow. That's what finance can do for your business. We wanna solve that frustration when you're looking at the plan and you don't know how to get the cash to to solve what you wanna do. We're there to help you. And I think that's the most important thing that we can achieve.

[00:46:12] S7: Yeah. As as accountants, it's great. You know, we love businesses. We love tech increasingly, and we've taken advantage of all these lovely other teams that we're up against tonight. And then for us as a business, what are we doing now? What's the answer next? You know, the so what? Well, it's... I found this gap or this isn't gonna work quite as I thought. What do I do about it? Do I go and speak to a traditional bank manager? Do I go and talk to somebody else? Or seen as you know me so well, can you help me with this? And you know what? Yeah. Now we can. And that for us has just been... I never trained to do this, but it's so great that we're now doing it. [00:46:50] S0: Fantastic. Okay. So now you guys are sort of in charge, really. I think it sort of comes out. I think we've heard pretty good arguments, I think you'll say, from from each of these these camps. But what I wanna do is get a round of applause for everybody. Give everybody a round of applause. [00:47:12] S7: That [00:47:14] S0: was just so I knew that you could. [00:47:16] S3: So that's good.
00:47:16 · S3, David M. Brear, Nikki Adams, S5
[00:47:16] S3: So that's good. [00:47:16] S0: So we know that you can. So now what I'm gonna do, by a round of applause, what I wanna hear is your vote and only vote for one of them. Don't go voting for everybody. Like this is not an everybody gets a medal, one of those scenarios. Okay? In terms of the order of who you think has won the debate. Okay? You ready? Okay. So at the end, we've got team spending. So give them a round of applause if you think they won the debate. Team spending clapping for themselves there. Well done. That was good. Okay. Team payments, give them a round of applause if you think they run. You gotta be nice. Okay. Team forecasting. Give them a round of applause if you think. And team lending. Producer Laura, think there's like a... Is there a split decision here in terms of so funny. Is it essentially between forecasting and lending or forecasting forecasting and Come on. And payments. Okay. So we're gonna narrow it down to two finalists. I'm sorry, guys. Apologies. You're out. So so if you can... If you believe that it's for team payments, give me a round of applause. If you think it's for team forecasting, give us a round of applause. I think I'm gonna have to give it to team forecast. Nikki. Who celebrates by throwing alcohol in the air, which I I feel it's almost Grand Prix esque. So congratulations on the win. Would you like to make some sort of winning speech at this stage? [00:49:13] S12: I think it's all been said. [00:49:14] S5: We we we wanna thank the participants for coming. Yes. Yeah.
00:49:14 · S5, David M. Brear, Nikki Adams, Ben Johnson, S3
[00:49:14] S5: We we we wanna thank the participants for coming. Yes. Yeah. [00:49:20] S0: And Well, genuinely, that was brilliant. Thank you [00:49:22] S12: so much. Thank Carlos. But we knew we'd win [00:49:24] S5: because it was it was the right decision. [00:49:26] S0: I mean, you were pretty confident beforehand, I have to say. [00:49:28] S2: So We're [00:49:28] S5: just trying to zoom people out. I'm gonna tick you down. [00:49:30] S3: Good. It's [00:49:31] S0: fine. I love to see the sports thing coming in into this. So congratulations to our winners. Commiserations, which is hard to say after three beers, to all of our participants. I'm not gonna say losers because you did really well. But well done for all of the arguments. So on that note, that concludes a very special FinTech Insider Live at Zerocon twenty nineteen. Thank you to so much of our guests. So Craig Walker, Milan Ben Johnson, Lara Gilman. From team spending, give them a round of applause again. From team payments, give them another round of applause.
