[00:14:59] S0: But it is also true that every. [00:15:03] S2: Time a president has been as unpopular as Trump is now, at least since the turn of the 20th century, his party has lost the race to succeed him in the White House. I Harry Truman, 1952, Lyndon Johnson, 68, George W. Bush, 06, 08, excuse me, Biden in 24. In each case, an unpopular president, when they left the White House, the White House flipped. So what Trump does in the next two years, I think, is really significant. If he remains this unpopular in 2028, The possession arrow will point toward the Democrats, I think, in the presidential race. It doesn't guarantee they're going to win, but I think they will have to be favored. And what you saw, you know, in a presidential year, it is going to be tougher for Democrats to win some of these states because, as I said— the electorate will tilt more toward those culturally conservative working class white voters who are still leaning pretty heavily Republican. But there is no guarantee after these results that a Republican in 28 can count on Ohio, Iowa, much less Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. [00:16:07] S0: And potentially even Texas. I mean, these were not close races in Texas.

[00:16:07] S0: And potentially even Texas. I mean, these were not close races in Texas. [00:16:11] S2: I mean, Talarico won going away and the collapse among, you know, Trump won a majority of Latino voters in Texas in 2024. All of the exit polls agreed. 69% disapproved of his performance in tonight's polling. And the vast majority of Texas Latinos said the ICE enforcement has gone too far. If Texas is on, you know, I wrote during Trump's first term, that the MAGA agenda would be a viable political strategy for Republicans only so long as it still allowed them to hold a diversifying and urbanizing Texas. [00:16:47] S0: And that is now in question. [00:16:48] S4: Ron Brownstein, columnist for Bloomberg Opinion. Thank you very much for your perspective tonight. His column, Trump's MAGA Coalition Just Got Vaporized, available now on Bloomberg.com and the Bloomberg Terminal. And Kailey, we're getting some word here from Elon Musk. He's weighing in on these results. [00:16:59] S1: Yeah. [00:17:00] S3: After spending hundreds of million dollars in these midterms unsuccessfully, he says data centers in space looking pretty appealing right now, followed by guess my election interfering space lasers didn't work this time.
