[00:46:56] S1: We're actually kinda contemplating an exit right now. Probably in the next twelve months, I'd like to I'd like to look at at exiting this and then doing it again, frankly. I feel like we've done a really good job of building a repeatable process and I think, I mean, there are there's there's different different right ways of doing this but where I am where I see a lot of opportunity is in taking a lot of these really small mom and pop shops and building them up to kind of the lower end of what a PE firm would be interested in acquiring because there's that, you know, you can pick them up at three x and sell it at 10 x and just repeat that process over and over. I know you can go higher, but you have to grow the company a lot. Past that 10 x point, you really have to start adding on a lot of EBITDA to from from 10 x to 12 x to 14 x. You... So so I feel like the the arbitrage starts to taper off as you grow. So at least for me, I would feel like it would be a a smarter move for us to just do that three to 10 x ride over and over, and I could do that in in small local markets. You know, if you wanna go to a 100,000,000, you gotta be in a lot of places. And and also, I feel like you have to answer a lot more questions than I've already answered. And so, you know, there's there's just a a big growth curve between here and there. And... But if I I could just take what I already know and I could just go from, you know, go from, you know, dollars $5,000,000 of invested capital to a $30,000,000 exit over and over and do that probably three years each. So, we're looking at some opportunities in Nashville right now, some opportunities in Virginia, and my goal is to take some of my key managers and repeat what we've done in those places.

[00:48:49] S0: Okay, Nathan. I've really enjoyed this conversation. Thank you for being so open and transparent. I'm sure folks listening will really appreciate that because it's been a ride for you. [00:49:02] S1: Yes. It's been crazy. [00:49:04] S0: So if some people would like to reach out, what is the... Where is the best way... Where should they go? [00:49:10] S1: Yeah. So I'm super active on LinkedIn, and I'm kind of active. I'm trying to be more diligent about being active on x as well. But yeah, you can look me up in either of those places and and love to love to talk. So. [00:49:23] S0: Okay. So Yeah. Thanks again for doing this, and let's do part two when maybe right before the exit, post exit. Yeah. But let's let's do part two in the future. Okay? [00:49:32] S1: Sounds awesome, Rick. Appreciate it, man.
