[00:15:20] S0: And finally, if we were to put every conversation you've had into a a large language model, including your interviews, keynotes, everything that you've soaked up here, what are you gonna be taking away from the event? What excites you, and will you be taking that flight home? [00:15:35] S1: Well, what I see, which is amazing, and it wasn't even just at the event, I mean, I was just at, believe it or not, Disneyland. And there was a cut NetSuite customer, so I was wearing a NetSuite t shirt, a multi generation distributor from the Midwest Of The United States, longtime NetSuite customer. He said to me, he said, you know, I got ahold of the AI connector service, and I'm doing incredible things with it. And I was like, okay. We've now reached the the business user en masse.

[00:16:07] S0: Beautiful. I think it's a great moment to end on. And for everyone watching and listening, for you and your business, everything that we're talking about here, what does it mean to you? What are you gonna be doing differently? I encourage you to get back to me at tech talks network dot com. But more than anything, thanks for joining me again. Really appreciate your time. Thanks for having me. So many big takeaways from today's episode. I think a conversational interface can become useful when it understands context and how your business works, and then allows you, the human in the loop, to adjust the result. An Evan's dashboard example makes that tangible, really brought it to life. Describe what you need, look at the answer, and then explain what should change. And the next step is giving agents authority to act. Bring decisions about approval and the exceptions that still need attention. And I also found the partner discussion quite interesting. Turning industry knowledge into reusable skills could change how expertise reaches customers while leaving people with the responsibility to keep that knowledge useful. And again, lots of great news for a growing company. A starting point is ultimately just a process whose delays or repeated work you already understand. Measure what changes before extending that approach. And a big thank you to Evan for taking time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me at Sweet World. But please share your thoughts with me.
