[00:53:51] S1: Yeah. Seems like you're quite reflective about it. I feel like we could talk for two hours, but Henry, we're, you know, three or four months into building our business. What advice would you give to [00:54:00] S0: us at this stage? The best thing I learned to do, and I'll credit Justin Littman again with this was learn from movie, don't manage by anecdote, manage by metric. And that was a really good learning for me as a business owner. That was when we started to get proper scale because then I can actually figure out what was improving the trend rather than reacting to noise. I don't think don't react to noise. Yeah. So for us, it [00:54:28] S2: would be like being extremely clear about what are those top line metrics that looking... We're looking towards and how do we understand the variables that are influencing that? Correct. [00:54:36] S0: Yeah. We call it objective signal. Right? So we write a narrative of why we think a metric is important. And then, like, we we track it we track it so we know whether or not we're objectively improving that narrative. What I want from a metric is not rigid adherence to it. What I want from a metric is an understanding of what narrative I'm trying to achieve and how that metric reflects improvement properly. I think that's the right way to do metrics versus like a lot of people just put a set of them and then they just blindly optimize to them. That's stupid.

Well, this is a fascinating conversation. We're definitely going to have many more, but thank you for being here. Excited to see where Mutinex gets next time we talk because it feels like it's on this like exponential growth journey. And who are [00:55:16] S2: you looking to hire right now? [00:55:18] S0: Looking to hire data scientists in particular, our front end engineers is... Alright. Contract contact Henry. Cool. Alright. That's the end of this week's podcast. If you [00:55:27] S2: could hit the subscribe button, it would be so helpful to us and would really appreciate it. See you next week. Fight.
