So, for me, I probably wouldn't have got to where I am without it because your managers don't exactly know what it is that you're looking for without you putting your hand up and saying, Yes, I want this opportunity. [00:07:58] S0: Or what you're capable of if you don't ask for that extra responsibility. [00:08:02] S1: Extra responsibility, yes. For me, I was always interested in a management position. So when opportunity arose, I put my hand up, for it, and that's how I got into, leading the expansion team. [00:08:12] S0: Well, congratulations on the on the growth you've had.
