[00:33:19] S0: think it's the best way to live anymore, which is an interesting change in thinking patterns. A quote I really loved from the David Perell podcast was that he talks about this idea of surrendering to your nature a lot. It's just that idea of, like, truly becoming who you are. And I think we can say anything we want, but at end of the day, people will eventually become who they are. Like, if you're that more relaxed person that loves a wholesome and balanced life, you'll probably become that. If you are a super intense person, super ambitious, you may end up trying to build a unicorn company. And they come with pros and cons. And the thing is is that, like, we may say that they live a happier life for people that have a more balanced life, and I'm increasingly believing that's true. But I don't think it would also, like, ever fit into that as well. Because I feel like we're just, like, weirdly obsessive and intense people. But I think I'm increasingly believing that is true. That, like, that is the sort of the good life where life is focused on, like, friends, family, a bit of balance. Like, when we meet founders, have we met, like, a non extremely stressed founder Yeah. In the past few months? Like, all of them are so stressed. And it's funny because they'll talk a lot about the stress and the difficulty of their life, but then at the end, they'll, like, always say, like, I wouldn't change it for a thing though. Like most of them say that because there is this very deeper meaning and mission.

[00:34:32] S1: Yeah. But Yeah. But I also don't think a lot these people get to the end of their lives and necessarily think that they lived a happier, more fulfilling life than someone else. Right? Like, I think when you get to the end of your life, like a lot of the, you know, a lot of the regrets of people suggest that it's actually about working less and spending more time with family and caring less about what other people think, etcetera. And almost like taking this more like happy go lucky approach to life. So I don't know. I think it's just like a point to always come back and reflect on. Think like where the issues come up for people is when what they're doing is not aligned to their true nature. So if someone's just going out three or four nights a week, but they actually have this ambition to live a really impactful life and build something really crazy and then work your job that's not going towards that, I think that's when the conflicts happen. But I also think it happens on the other end when someone's working a hundred hours a week as an investment banker, but they're actually fulfilled by very simple things and maybe they're more altruistic and they're like, there's this conflict between the way they're living their lives. And I think that's when a lot of the issues within someone emerge. But I but I also like... I just recognize that, like, there's gonna be so many dark moments to come. There's gonna be so many light moments to come. There's gonna be so many moments in between that happen. Like, I... You're... Like, nothing in your life is fixed and everything, as you said, is seasonal, and it goes in and there's changing shades and we may feel this way, we may feel that way, but I think, like, being aligned to your mission and being aligned to your true nature, those things can, like, trough you all the way through.

[00:35:57] S0: I I think there's, like, you often talk about, like, pyramid principles and things where there's, like, on the very high end, there's, like, you wanna be driven by your mission and that keeps you getting through. But then on the very foundational end, it's like, just also having good sleep and exercising. Like, I constantly get this thought and feeling that, like, if [00:36:13] S1: you have eight hours of sleep a [00:36:14] S0: night, you exercise every day. Like, you can sort of get through any day. Like, problems will be being thrown at you, but then you can destress with exercise. You can wake up the next day feeling revitalized and see every challenge is like an invitation to take on something new. So I think it's like, have that big mission, but have those habits that keep [00:36:30] S1: you healthy. It... It's crazy. Like, even today, like, I only slept like six and a half hours last night. Like it's... I think our words are coming out a little bit less clearly. The thoughts coming out less clearly. You also like things... It's crazy that when you sleep eight hours versus six and a half, the things that would give you like, I don't know, nine out of 10 serotonin give you, like, four out of 10 serotonin. It's it's just such a different way of, like, experiencing life. Yeah. It's almost like being on, like, almost like being on a drug for a little bit, like, eight sleeping, eight hours. Like, it... It's wild.

It's wild. [00:36:59] S0: Yeah. I think, like, I've become a lot more of, a biohacker this year. And, like, if you gave me $10, I would only spend it on, like, exercise. I'd buy, like, a whoop. I'd buy, like, a g one. I'd probably buy, like, an eight sleep. Just anything that incrementally helps, like, my well-being and my sleep? And it's just, the biggest thing. So, like probably noticed that with me a lot. [00:37:15] S1: Yeah. I feel like you'd get... And I actually feel like the average person will get a lot more happiness from increasing their sleep than, like, a Ferrari or a big house. Right? [00:37:22] S0: And it's like... Yeah. Not not even just, a Ferrari or a big house, but, like, even like eight hours of sleep could like trump if you had this like huge revelation about your life as well. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This is a foundational thing.

And we'll be back here next week chatting more about things going in our life, things going in our company. We're also gonna bring in some guests for some of these episodes and chat with us. [00:37:48] S0: One more question. So let's, right now, is it February? I lose track of date of February 26. Okay. I was literally gonna ask if it's March 26. Two months time would be April 26. What do you think this same conversation would be about April 26? It's a good question.

[00:38:04] S1: I think, like, we'll keep coming back to, like, the lifestyle stuff. I think that's gonna be a constant reflection of something we've gone through. Because there's also... For people that don't know us, we partied a lot in our younger years and we're very social in our younger years, and there's this, like, big distinction. So I think there's stuff like that will be coming... I think it'll be harder and harder to manage the lifestyle stuff. I think sleep shouldn't be something that's compromised, but I think other stuff will be compromised more and more. I think like we're still gonna like keep going through these almost daily waves of energy and then crashes and then questioning and then feeling conviction. And I think that's just part of the startup life. Like, think those parts of last week where we weren't feeling good, those parts of last week were feeling really, really good. So I almost don't think there's gonna be that much change, but I also think we're probably going to be gearing up towards America. I think the ambitions will be constantly changing. And I think that we're going to also start thinking about, you know, the bigger business, you know, how, you know, we get to cash flow positive based on advertising revenue, but how do we build this $100,000,000 company? I think those are the questions we're gonna have to be thinking about more and more because we're gonna have to... We're gonna be launched then, and we're gonna be live, and all this stuff's gonna start playing out more and more. Yeah. I think in, like,
