[00:38:26] S1: I imagine I imagine this is like a like a roadside motel, you know? Sitting grizzled. Yeah. Yeah. With with somebody at 4AM, you got the night shift going on. Yeah. It's not exactly... Just doesn't exactly... I I think it I think it like... [00:38:39] S0: He's gonna have the Amman. [00:38:40] S1: If you're at like Four Seasons, Amman, you know, things like that, they're gonna be like [00:38:44] S0: I'm gonna be fine. [00:38:45] S1: Here you go, sir. Right this way. I hope you got in nice. But at the roadside motel at 4AM Yeah. They're like, hey. [00:38:51] S0: Put your seat away. Yeah. Yeah. We sold it out the back. Yeah. Yeah. Funny. He he he proposes wanting to, like, slide... A slider on a phone, get the specific hours and days. I I think he played it right. I think if you book the night before, should be able to check-in at 4AM. Shouldn't be a problem. They shouldn't give up your slot. But good luck to him on his world tour. [00:39:12] S1: Thank you. All over the place. To our friends over at Latent Space Oh, yeah. They said, hey, TBPN. You got... You dropped this, but we got you. They made their own card for Cat Wu going from one of the creators of Claude Code. Yeah. One of the most commercially successful products of all time, like period. Yeah. With a with a... Like, is there a product that's ramped revenue? I think if you look at the Like, just like lines, [00:39:43] S0: the highest.

[00:39:43] S0: the highest. [00:39:44] S1: Yeah. Fastest. You know, really incredible run at Anthropic. I was Crazy trade deal. Yeah. Crazy trade deal. Opening out, you got Announced that she was leaving it, I think, on Tuesday. Yeah. And then obviously announced where she was was joining. Obviously, everyone now sort of focus on Tariq. Yeah. Tariq. [00:40:03] S0: Is he gonna stay playing Wow forever for months, years, or is he gonna get back in the arena? Someone's someone's gonna make a play, make an offer that he can't refuse 1,000,000,000 Wow gold. [00:40:15] S1: There was a good post here. We can go back in time a little bit, from Atija. He said, OGs remember. These are original, original trading cards. You can appreciate the divine. Claude code PMs join Cursor, and then we hit them with the UNO refers. That's true. Like, about ten... I think it was ten days later, maybe weeks ago. It was really fast. They they they checked things out at Cursor, and they they they went back. That that was still to this day one of the most strange [00:40:44] S0: Yeah. Saga's in tech. Yeah. We were really [00:40:48] S1: I wasn't that they time like like... Yeah. Crazy that they left in the first place Yeah. And then even crazier that they went back [00:40:55] S0: Yeah. Right away. [00:40:55] S1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [00:40:57] S0: Nobody knows anything. That's the takeaway. [00:40:58] S1: But then it's been, you know, it's been well more than, you know, north of of a year [00:41:03] S0: Yeah. [00:41:03] S1: Since... It's a decade now. [00:41:10] S0: thing all. Go back to Anthropic. That'd be wild. I somehow think that would not happen, but strange things happen in tech all the time. Yeah. I mean, it it it goes to show. I mean, what what Greg was saying, like, it was the meme. They had us in the first half. I'm not gonna lie. He was talking to The Wall Street Journal. He he said, OpenAI had a rough first half of the year before coding takeoff, and he gave a lot of, like, candid candid explanation for the evolution of of the of the product, of a business, of the financials. He says, OpenAI struggled through a pretty rough first half of the year according to cofounder and president Greg Brockman, period when rival Anthropic pulled ahead with business customers. It wasn't until the third quarter that OpenAI OpenAI's new tools for agentic software coding found traction leading to enterprise overtaking consumer. And the number that he was really focused on when I listened to a little bit of this interview was, like, I think over a 100% quarter on quarter growth for enterprise in the... In q three when Anthropic was doing over a 100% and then decelerated to 49% or whatever the number is. And so, you know, he's he's he's sort of saying, okay. Well, we caught up so much that you can see it in the growth rates specifically, not merely the revenue scales, not merely the products. Look at the acceleration. We are... We're we're we're taking share, which is what what what he wants to do there. He said by the third quarter, however, it was entirely different. He said with the release of a new Frontier AI model GPT 5.6 Soul, I remember, and ChatGPT work setting the stage for a comeback. There had been all this painful behind the scenes work that resulted in all this, incredible revenue inflection. Yeah. It was ultimately, the crazy lock in. They got a bunch of other, people on the team. And personally, I I... You know, I'm I'm just excited about, all the PMs and and design folks coming to work on Dot. There's been a whole bunch of new integrations, and they're really starting to fan the product out across the iOS surfaces so you can use the action button to call the... Call dot. It picks up faster. That was one of the things when you called it. It it was so weird because it was like calling a person that's like sort of ghosting you.

[00:43:28] S1: Like... Like, it's probably only like ten seconds, but it still feels like a long time.
00:43:32 · John Coogan
[00:43:32] S0: Oh, it feels really weird in the context of AI because AI always, like, gives you feedback immediately. Yeah. At least a little bit. It's like, okay. Got it. I'm thinking. I I received a request. I'll work on that. I'm gonna go kick off some agents or whatever. But this... It would... The phone would just be ringing. And I'd be like, why are you ringing? But, of course, it's like spinning up the GPUs to do the right thing and the voice model and getting everything Yeah. Loaded into memory because it's probably running on some VM or whatever. But, yeah, there's a whole bunch of other cool things you can do, like, a dot iOS widget and have that there. Although they can't bend as much as I'd like into it. I'm trying to figure out how to how to sort of brute force and like like manipulate the iOS widgets to give more information. Like, the dot widget is literally just the visualization of the dot character that you've made. And then when you click it, it opens your dot, which is fine. I guess it's fun if you like the character. But I wanted it to be like, that is a text list or, like, that is some information that Dot can dynamically put on my home screen, and I can see it. So I... Right now, I'm... I have the Dot set up to, like, look at all the calendars across personal and TBPN, synthesize them into something that's actually in a digest because oftentimes our calendars are, like, six back to back 15 meetings and it's, like, show guests. And I don't I don't want that in my calendar. It's really hard to read. But what I wanna know is like, okay, from eleven to two, I'm doing the show and the last guest is actually at 01:30. So I need to be downtown at 02:30, so I should leave right at 01:30 or whatever. And then Yeah. I have this going on at home and this at family and this traveling or whatever. And so it's able to do that in text and text me but I want it like bended into home screen. And I don't really wanna go build an

[00:45:15] S1: island Yeah. [00:45:16] S0: Right now even though I'm sure it could. But it's fun. Exciting. You're having fun. [00:45:19] S1: Got I an exciting opportunity for you. What's up? And anyone listening. So if you feel like being greedy when others are fearful, there's a mystery seller who's looking to dump 500,000,000 of data center loans today. [00:45:32] S0: What are you talking about? [00:45:34] S1: In Bloomberg, in Bloomberg, roughly $500,000,000 portfolio $40,000,000.40 portfolio of data center loans has been put up for sale all at once in a rare auction that comes just days after Well a damned sweep of US midterm elections. Mhmm. The anonymous seller is taking offers for a dozen loans via so called bids wanted in competition process according to people Okay. Familiar with the matter. The loans for sale include a $25,000,000 slice backing a massive data center site that's part of an OpenAI SoftBank and Oracle's 25 project in New in New Mexico. That's interesting. But that... That's the location where Oracle sent the developer a notice citing force majeure. The seller is also looking to offload debt tied to operators such as Vantage Data Centers and CyrusOne, and bids are due November 19. So you have... And and you have got... Have to have at least 10,000,000. That's sort of the minimum bid. So you got a little bit of time to suss this out. Mhmm. And and yeah, we'll see we'll see if if Buffett comes in [00:46:42] S0: Well done.
