[01:14:38] S1: Gavin, if you could go back to the beginning of your career, and you could give yourself one timeless piece of advice to a younger Gavin, what would that be? [01:14:44] S0: Doctor. Listen more. Find great mentors. It's the advice I give young people today that there... And I see so many great young founders, particularly, who really take this on board, that there is so much value early in your career to working for, or if you don't work for, finding in your world great mentors, people who will give it to you straight, people who you can ask who don't have an impact on your direct career. It's rarely, you you get to work for great people, but that person often isn't the only mentor. You need other folks to give you perspectives, help you understand yourself better, help you evolve, push you to invest in in parts of your toolkit that may be underdeveloped. And, Fortunately, I see it so often in really great venture managers and founders that they inhabit this today, and maybe it's a time where people understand that better. But it is it is the thing that I I... There was, you know, probably a good decade in there where, boy, I I could have really used some really good, honest feedback. [01:16:14] S1: Well, Gavin, this podcast is my way to get mentored by some of the greatest minds in the world. I really value you spending time, and thanks so much for sitting down. [01:16:22] S0: It's wonderful. I love the questions and really appreciate you having me on. Thank you.
