[01:11:28] S1: Absolutely. Absolutely. [01:11:29] S0: Okay. Good. So I think this is obviously a Peter Thiel question. One thing that you know to be true, but very few people agree with you on this. [01:11:40] S1: I think think very few people will agree on the fact that there's a big view that don't build in public, keep away from the market, keep under the hood, and then suddenly surprise the market. I think I've been building in public even before building in public became kind of the nomenclature for it. And I think it has only helped me so much in my life. So I... Most people who I work with don't agree with me on this. But I think for me, it's been the biggest, biggest, biggest win in my life, up till here. I've had I've had fascinating people join me on my journey, who I'm very, very fortunate to be working with just because this had seen me building in public. And, they are the ones who are gonna taking the company to the next level right now. I'm just kind kind of And [01:12:22] S0: for the sake of clarity, when you say building in public, what does building in public mean? [01:12:27] S1: It means, a, sharing... So it's likely sharing a journey. It be... It... But it also means more importantly sharing your pains and sharing what you lose, all of those things as well. Ah how open are you about ah kind of ah this is something that I on. Ah this is something that I learned about. Ah I you know what I started reading books and this is something I learnt from them. Ah so I think a lot of entrepreneurs have... And how are you

Ah so I think a lot of entrepreneurs have... And how are you [01:12:52] S0: doing this section? Do you normally write a blog on this? Are you sending out... Are you still doing the fifteenth email? Or are you, writing all this on Twitter? Like, are you how are you sharing that journey? [01:13:01] S1: I maintain an email list. I maintain an email list. That is one, which is a... Which is very exhaustive email list. Then I have a a broadcast list. Then I use a software called Roam Research in which I have... I divide mentors into four categories, one, two, three, four. And the circle of mentors will send updates to every week and then every month and then three weeks... Every three months, sorry, or then in half a year. And then, of course, I have for the longest time, I've been active on social media as well and ended up kind of sharing things that we are doing as Leverage. So 95% of... 97% of all my posts on social media is something that Leverage is doing or something that we're looking for. And I think that has been incredibly helpful for us as we have kind of built out our company.

[01:13:45] S0: How is it that all of us are twenty four hours in a day and you have forty two hours of things?
01:13:51 · Akshay Chaturvedi
[01:13:51] S1: I I I've... I sleep less and I'm trying to work on that. That is one. That definitely gives me about two hours extra. But I think one thing that has helped me truly has been a fact that I think I calendarize my things very well. I feel very obnoxious when I say things like these. But I think my calendar is really like... I exactly know what I'm doing at 08:30AM and 08:30PM and then 12PM. And then I kind of put blocks in the middle as well. So this is a block where, like, two hours where... This is like an open hour of sorts. I'll sit with somebody who looks at key account management in my company and kind of solve this problem. Or these are the big problems that I want to solve. So I spent a large part of my Sunday, 4PM onwards, right down to whatever it takes on figuring out what I wanna do for the entire week. And and I'm very systematic about every single meeting that I do. I take notes on home research and which essentially gives us the power of kind of connecting notes as well. And I I... I'm also able to kind of connect multiple reviews with others. So that just gives me a chance to extract more from that one hour because I've had that plethora of record keeping, plethora of essentially having a lot more background about what I'm doing. Over time now that I can kind of afford to do things like these, I've also started to kind of work with a couple of people, three, four people who work very closely with me and kind of help me do more in my twenty four hours and that has been super helpful.

[01:15:16] S0: And for the sake of all the girlfriends and all the wives of entrepreneurs out there, do you calendarize your dates? Do you calendarize your dinners with with the wife and the and the vacation?
01:15:27 · Akshay Chaturvedi, Anirudh A Damani
[01:15:27] S1: So I've I've just took enough shifting gears. So I dated my wife for eleven years before I married her. So I've been very kind of fortunate on that front. We still end up kind of doing silly things after 01:30, 2AM, and watching, like, multiple vlogs on YouTube. And she's a big and important critic of things that happen at Leverage as well. I kind of go back, tell her that, hey. You know what? This happened. And she would look at a campaign and say, hey. You know what? Things could happen like this. So I think you definitely need some form of support to essentially keep that mental peace coming in and being being able to kind of focus on your work. I think I have that superpower, if I might call it, to being able to kind of manage things and you know that if you have the right respect and the right timing in the relationship, you'll be able to kind of give more time to your startup as you're building that. I think a very important piece there also is that not to kind of solve it off in any different way that you give as much, if not as much, sorry, if you give more respect to the other person's career and profession. And you're going to put them on a podium and talk about their career. Career important So I think that's what I have done very successful in my life. So when we when we spend time, I talk more about her problems and what she face and how she... How can she essentially do things better. So my wife is a judge in... And she's in the public service in Bulandshahr in Uttar [01:17:02] S0: Pradesh. Her
