[01:05:24] S1: It was always a balance because of... Yeah. We were pressured a lot and Yeah. You got to ask, you know, I do like quarterly CEO like fireside chats. We do like one in the morning, one in the evening because the global company, so you need to kind of be there for everyone. Every quarter someone always asks like, we selling the business? If we were to sell the business, who would we sell it to? And so there's always pressure maybe is not the right word, but there's always that curiosity around it and you know, it's kind of stuck to our guns of like, guys, if we ever do it, it's got to be the right thing for out of home because that's who we work for. We work for the out of home industry and the buyers and sellers and data providers and everyone else who's in it. And it's got to be great for the employees and where we're going. Those are those are like the two basic requirements. [01:06:08] S0: Yeah. Last last kind of topic, last couple minutes here from a personal side of things. Michael's still in the industry. Michael's still running [01:06:17] S1: I'm going anywhere. Yeah. I'm not going anywhere. [01:06:19] S0: I I love the the dinner that we had in New York. We we had that conversation and you're like, you know, you're you're not 22 years old selling a company and you can go off to Croatia, like... [01:06:29] S1: Yeah. Not different.

[01:06:29] S1: Yeah. Not different. [01:06:30] S0: But we kind of shared and shared with with as much or as little as you would like, but, you know, some of the passions things that you have, you personally, that that now this is going to allow you to really focus on, you know, outside of just continuing to grow this business, but from a personal side of things?
01:06:47 · Michael Provenzano, Ian Dallimore
[01:06:47] S1: Yeah, I mean, like, personally, I just I think everyone who knows me knows I work a lot, so I think there's a there's potentially I'm maybe having a bit of a healthier life than, you know, the startup grind. When you have it on your shoulders, it's pretty stressful at the end of the day, because, you know, sometimes people are private equity backed, so you kind of have a gun to your head that way. You know, with entrepreneur life, really it's more you have your own gun to your head all the time. So I think there's like psychological stress that's, that's removed now. So I think that creates a little bit more space to, be a bit more aggressive in decisions, which is exciting. So I think a lot of the things that, that Vistar does today, like I mentioned earlier, when you get bigger, you have a lot more to lose. And so now I feel a little more confident in making more aggressive decisions, riskier calls, because we have this larger entity behind us, we have this ability to move faster. So I'm excited for that. I think personally that feels a little more, psychologically relieving. But otherwise, you know, I think it's gonna be a pretty busy year. I don't I don't I don't think there's any like, again, me sitting on a beach, I think that's that's if it's many years away from now. [01:07:56] S0: Yeah. And I I love that about your personality. It's like, okay. [01:08:00] S1: So... I'm still here, guys. Guess I gotta get to work. That's why I told everyone at the office, I was like, hey, so this is all cool, but, know, we all have to do our

[01:08:00] S1: So... I'm still here, guys. Guess I gotta get to work. That's why I told everyone at the office, I was like, hey, so this is all cool, but, know, we all have to do our [01:08:06] S0: jobs. We To go back to work. Yeah. I love [01:08:08] S1: it. Not reality. We can't keep this off-site going. [01:08:11] S0: Yeah. I saw your off your off-site. You guys are in Puerto Rico and Oh, yeah. I I saw the champagne shower on Instagram. [01:08:17] S1: Oh, [01:08:17] S0: god. But the beauty of that is is is... I tried to dodge it. There was an exciting moment where you were like, yeah, you were like early startup, Michael. And then quickly you... I see you within the three second video, like pull yourself up and like CEO up and it's, you know, I think that summarizes it. And again, look, I'm I'm very grateful for our friendship. I'm I'm really, really thankful. I think, you know, the purpose of doing this podcast was really about finding the personal side of you, given given folks the ability to learn a little bit more about what this acquisition means. There's tons of rumors flying around, but the reality of it is is I I agree. I think that there is some amazing things that are gonna happen within Vistar Media that's going to help the out of home industry and the introduction now. It's so it's kind of cool now because now we're like, Hey, Michael, where do you want to take us out of home companies? Before you were like, Hey, out of home companies, let me bring you here. [01:09:10] S1: Hopefully we can guide it the right way. I'm excited for it.

[01:09:10] S1: Hopefully we can guide it the right way. I'm excited for it. [01:09:13] S0: Yeah. So look, keep sprinting. Always. You know, I'm your biggest fan and I know everyone in the industry is excited to see what this acquisition does and more importantly, just how this industry will evolve over the next twenty, thirty years. Because I think we're at the shift to where the days of us sitting in the room being kind of like the kids in the corner, those days are starting to become over. Totally. I [01:09:36] S1: mean, they are over [01:09:37] S0: as of now. Love that. [01:09:39] S1: Excited for that. [01:09:40] S0: Alright, brother. Always proud of you. [01:09:41] S1: Always good to see you. [01:09:42] S0: Thank you for everything. Thanks for inviting me back. Yeah. I feel honored. Alright, guys. I hope you enjoyed this. This has been a pleasure for me.
