[00:58:06] S0: Yeah, um I think just the fun part is I I love building products, I love building businesses. And so taking uh that vision um, you know, that I had in 2023, 2024, and kind of bringing it to life and putting a team around it and and and seeing all the success from our customers that they've had, all that is is all the best parts, right? Um I think uh and I I love it. I I have a huge risk appetite. And so I'm I'm willing to take lots of risks. Um and that's what I love doing. That's what I love about building a business, frankly. Um the hyper growth, like it excites me. Like I love mentoring, I love leading, um, I love hiring uh leaders, right? Uh um uh who can build great teams around them. Um uh we've never had a single person leave Qualitate since we joined. That is an awesome measure. And that means uh uh people who are coming here uh are aligned with the vision. They love building products, right? I love working with those folks. And so very collaborative, very, very um just an awesome place to work. Um and so those are all the things that I think I love about Qualitate. Um and you know, I've been in a lot of organizations historically, and being able to be in the driver's seat and really kind of push forward a vision is has been, you know, really um something that I've I've wanted and been able to do here. I think um when it comes to the challenges um of building a business this quickly, um I'll say this. It is very hard to uh replicate a service into a product because there's likely a reason that service exists. Think about the expert network of the consulting service today. Very complex requirements, right? A lot of like human interaction. Uh, the decision on the other side is very high stakes. So it could be a multi-billion dollar public or private uh uh uh uh investment or product decision. And so um taking all of that and building a product around it where few humans are needed is very hard because the complexity and the high stakes nature of that, right? And so those have been some of the most challenging things is ultimately replicating every last requirement, every last feature. And and it hasn't been done yet, right? We're we're we're still working on all of those things. So those are all of um, I think all of the challenges uh that comes uh with this. And I also think just like um growing uh uh as fast as we can, right?

Keeping the culture intact, right? So now I'm kind of getting things that that's important to me, right? Like how do we make sure that um everyone here uh we continue to operate like a like an early company, like a startup? Uh how do we minimize execution risk as we grow this fast? How do we uh uh you know make sure that we're not doing too many meetings and all those types of things? And so those are I think all the challenges that you face when you kind of grow this this quickly. Yeah, look, there was uh maybe uh 10 of us this time this year, and and now we're getting pretty close to 50. Uh and you know, we'll try to get to 60, 70 by the end of the year, hopefully, hopefully close to 70, and we'll try to double the company again next year. And so um, those are challenges. It's hard to hire that fast. Uh, it really is. Uh, but uh I enjoy it, and I think we have just a great team of folks here at at Qualitate um that love building. And so those are those are the fun parts and those are the the things that keep me up at night.

[01:01:41] S1: So awesome. Um, well, it's fun to see the future unfold in front of our eyes. Um and uh I go back to how I spent my time as a junior analyst in 2008, whether it was updating models or doing channel checks, um, doing data work, and I'd say probably at least three three-quarters of that can be done with a touch of a button now. Um, a little troubling, um, exciting. It depends on my mood on the day, whether I'm excited or troubled by that. Um, but um, you know, the future is future's happening. So um super, super exciting. Thank you so much uh for being with us, Sagar. Uh, really exciting, and congrats on the sort of early momentum of quality. [01:02:27] S0: Cool. I really appreciate it, Brett. Okay, thank you so much for having me. Uh it was an absolute pleasure. [01:02:32] S2: Thanks, Sagar.
