But uh, but yes, it's uh yeah, I think it's it's actually really, really helpful, I have found. Um so no, it's um something that's uh highly recommend. We're still holding one 101 back to do the kind of AI property 101, which will come in the next few weeks. Um, we're gonna keep going with uh with the normal uh the normal one, but yes, we'll come back to 101 to give people uh a kind of just a brief of of where we are with AI, just a kind of almost like a stop take um of of how we've got here and what the kind of future might look like. So yeah, we're kind of running towards that between now and the end of the year. Yes, 101 will come um in due course. But um, yes, in the meantime, we will be hammering on to 103 next week. So, yes, going to be there uh I say at this um this event, the lessons event um with the UK PropTech Association this afternoon and getting everything set up and then yeah, back in for um the big day tomorrow.
