[01:12:54] S1: Yeah. Who do I tell? [01:12:55] S0: No one's But if you sit yell from the rooftop and have accountability Mhmm. And admit that it's a problem and the whole thing. So I'll tell you guys some books here after this, but but I got another good one for you. What's one piece of advice for every home service operator whether they work with their spouse or not? [01:13:15] S2: Oh, boy. [01:13:16] S1: I would say open your mind and dream bigger and think bigger. I think a lot of people are in a box and they think things should be a certain way and they have a difficulty imagining bigger and better. But even if your goal is $10,000,000 dream about and think about $20,000,000 and think bigger, and you'll start taking actions more towards the $20,000,000 kind of person or what kind of person do have to be to have a $20,000,000 company, What type of actions do you have to take or things to eliminate to get to be that? You'll think differently if you think bigger. So I wish I wish somebody would have taught me in my twenties to think bigger. That would have been very helpful. Now, I'm mid thirties, so I've, learned a lot now, but now I'm thinking bigger and dreaming bigger. And the bigger you dream and think, the higher your goals get and the more you attract and the more you really get out of life, I think. [01:14:10] S2: And I would say get out of your own way. I think that everybody is so focused on trying to be a trailblazer and pioneer and invent a new way of doing it when realistically the playbook's written.

[01:14:10] S2: And I would say get out of your own way. I think that everybody is so focused on trying to be a trailblazer and pioneer and invent a new way of doing it when realistically the playbook's written. [01:14:22] S0: Yeah. Just ask for help. You just said you went for Stanford professor got Charlie Brownlee and all these. Yeah. [01:14:28] S2: And and they they literally all know the exact way to do it and do it the way we wanna do it. Like, so stop stop trying to do it yourself. Just go ask people. The people are happy to give you the information, and then just do what they say instead of trying to do it better than the way that they did it. I think that's people's problem is they try to reinvent the wheel all the time, but the wheel works great. [01:14:48] S0: It's it's true. So what's the best way to find Erdmann Outdoor Living and connect with you both or find one of you? [01:14:55] S2: So you can find either of us on LinkedIn or Instagram, but erdmannoutdoorliving.com is our company. Our emails are just Kyle at or Becca@ErdmannOutdoorLiving.com. And you know what? We'd be happy to help anybody who needs anything. That was the agreement I made with mister Gottlieb when he helped us was that we'd pay it forward and help anybody who needed it. So always happy to help. [01:15:18] S0: That's great. Well, I'd like to close this out with each of you give me one book that just changed the way you look at business, family, life, whatever it might be. [01:15:29] S1: Who Not How?

[01:15:29] S1: Who Not How? [01:15:30] S0: Who Not How. That's it. The vote. Okay. We're good friends with Dan Sullivan. I'm gonna see him next week and Ben Hardy. And then the last thing I'll ask is close us out. You guys, the audience is listening. Just one final subject. We talked about a lot of stuff. Just give us one final, each of you, close us out. [01:15:50] S1: I think just be grateful for where you're at while simultaneously thinking bigger and dreaming bigger for where you want to go. I think if you can master the art of both at the same time on a daily basis, that's gonna probably get you the farthest and the most fulfilled in life. [01:16:11] S0: I love it. [01:16:12] S2: Something I still struggle with, but I'm working on, is love your authentic self. Accept that you're not gonna be great at everything, and surround yourself with the people that will help you, or fill your fill your gaps, but but love and appreciate who you are and stop comparing yourself to everybody else. [01:16:27] S0: Oh, that's a hard one. Harrison is a thief of all joy. [01:16:30] S1: That's alright. [01:16:31] S0: Well, Kyle, Becca, I learned a lot and this was an excellent interview and I'm glad to see you guys are doing so well. What are your sons' names? [01:16:39] S2: Cooper and Austin. Cooper Austin. Cooper is the oldest oldest and Austin's the youngest.
