[01:05:30] S1: Yeah. I mean, I think naturally, I just lean more masculine than feminine. I always have. And then with the win the win group, so I joined that this year with Brianna and Jen. And there's about eight of us in the group. And we talk a lot about leadership mainly, not necessarily anything to do with women. Sometimes you talk about being... The difficulties of being a woman in this industry. I I guess I've never really faced those issues because not that I don't care what people... Men think, but typically, I'm a very I'm very opinionated and I usually have the facts to back it up. I'm very confident. So I come into a room, I have no issue saying what it is and what it should be. Whether you're a man or a woman doesn't really make a difference to me. [01:06:22] S0: That's good. [01:06:23] S2: That's good. I just... I laugh because in the past, like, somebody... If if anyone ever came up to me and asked me what exactly does Becca do and then they meet her, immediately their next question to me is, what do you... So what do you do then? Yeah.

[01:06:35] S1: Well, we're just, we're very different, but that's why I think we work so well together because I have different strengths and he has different strengths. We, like all the relationship building and networking and things, that's draining to me. I'm not interested. Yeah. I like getting things done. I like doing things right. I do what I say I'm going to do 100% of the time. I'm reliable. Everyone likes working with me because I follow through. But I also don't want to do all the visionary stuff that... I mean, I can do some of it. I actually just took that EOS test, I was 95% integrator and 60% visionary. So, but anyways.

Everybody asks, where do I get an integrator from? And I'm like, they actually show on LinkedIn that they're integrators. They prefer to be integrated. Yes. That whole movement by Gino Wickman is so big that people wanna be the integrators and integrators are harder to get the visionaries but the purest of it, visionaries are the hardest to find. The ones that dream so big. But they need good integrators around them and one is, there's not multiple integrators. There's supposed to be one main integrator in a company. I mean, just said Mark Winters on the podcast. He wrote a whole thing called Visionary. A new book. I don't know if you know Mark Winters. Mark Winters and Gino Wickman Gino Wickman wrote the book Traction? No, no, no. Fuel. Rocket Fuel. [01:07:51] S1: Okay.

[01:07:51] S1: Okay. [01:07:51] S0: And then Mark Winters broke off and wrote Visionary. And then Gino Wickman sold EOS and he bought this huge emptiness and he wrote a book, not happiness. Happiness. It's a book just like that, but he wrote like, literally you feel like your dream, you got a pile of money but you lost your purpose. Oh man, I'm brain farting right now. But we can keep going. [01:08:17] S1: Yeah. I haven't read the visionary one [01:08:20] S0: but we Yeah. So Mark Winners, you guys should have that. I'll give you guys a couple of good books to read Yeah. Before you leave. Someone's that meant a lot to me in this last year. Obviously, this is nothing. If you guys saw my house and my office, you'd be like, what the hell is wrong with this guy? So let's start wrapping up here. You guys have built a $24,000,000 company, you're raising two kids, navigated a generational transition, expanded into a new state, and managed to stay married through all of it. What's one piece of advice for every couple or family and business together? [01:08:50] S2: Keep growing. Grow mentally, grow personally, grow together. I think that where some people fall behind is they, you know, like I have people that are in my mindset group with me that their wives aren't a part of it and their biggest thing is that they're growing and their wife isn't or their partner isn't growing with them. So it's, I think that if you just continuously grow and help people grow, the magic happens.

You can't figure out how to communicate, I mean, even if you're not in business, at your own house. Not harbor anger or resentment. Just talk through the problems, not see them as problems, not bad or good. Just look for the solutions and moving forward. Keep a positive outlook and attitude. Communication is really the key to everything. So...

Is this like, sometimes I'm just angry and I'm gonna go to bed. I'm not gonna deal with it. It's midnight. It's just like, you know, sometimes like, I don't wanna talk about it tonight. Like, let's just like, let's sit on it and then we'll figure out like, gotta... So guys, I think, need to collect their feelings. Sometimes we don't even wanna go into our internals. Oh, yeah. I mean, I'm so used to just putting a band aid on and covering it up and building a wall. I think that's what guys do in general. And I think women are like, well, with that rate they want to talk about everything. I think there's got to be, you know, I think it's like there's a lot of shows in my past that remind me of this. But it's definitely like one of those things where there's gotta you gotta meet in the middle.
