Hopefully Ireland fixes the fucking stock option thing, it's an embarrassment to Ireland, the position on stock options, because I'm there looking at my staff that are taking massive risks, getting paid half of what they deserve to be paid because they believe in the mission, and that just, it just, we need to normalize. Even Germany now fixed their stock options programme, and Germany hates start ups, so it's time now for Ireland to fix the stock options thing. After that, we're an Irish company, we're an Irish success story. And the way I describe it is born in Ireland, raised in America.
