[00:31:59] S2: Yeah. No. Absolutely. Totally get it. And I quickly wanna do the top three. What's your favorite business book? [00:32:06] S3: I think I've recently posted my kind of my my, reflection on the culture map book by Erin Meyer. This is by far my favorite, business book, especially when currently building a company in the different culture to my my own culture. And understanding the differences is is core, basically, to build an international team. Yeah. This is by far my favorite book. [00:32:35] S2: Got it. We'll put it on show notes. And, you know, if you go back and if... When you started with Dwelly, what is the one thing you would have focused on or done differently? [00:32:44] S3: I think to some extent, Dwelly is already our second attempt because one of our key advantages as founders is we at least pitch to our investors is that we already have an experience in the lending space. We've built and sold a tech enabled lending player that was growing organically. And now learning from that previous business that organic growth when you chase landlords direct and persuade them to work with you is not a scalable way of growing the business. Now we partner with agencies and we acquire agencies. So we have these two key growth pillars, and we learned that from basically previous business. And we do that differently right now. [00:33:30] S2: Got it. And and do you have any favorite online tools, for example, Gmail, Slackroom?

[00:33:30] S2: Got it. And and do you have any favorite online tools, for example, Gmail, Slackroom? [00:33:34] S3: Favorite online tool in 2024, I think there is the only answer. But if not to be kind of... Not to mention ChargeGPT, I would say that Boomerang plugin for Gmail is amazing. Still a surprise for me that, you know, that Google doesn't have this functionality to pretty much bring back an unreplied email to your inbox, and I wouldn't be able to do as much without Boomerang. I would just, like, lose a lot of stuff. [00:34:05] S2: Yeah. Got it. We'll we'll put down the show notes. And, Ilya, what is the best way people can reach out to you and know more about [00:34:14] S3: Sir? [00:34:15] S2: What... What's the best way people can reach out to you and know more about Willy? [00:34:19] S3: I think the best way is to reach me on LinkedIn. Yeah. I respond quite fast there. [00:34:27] S2: Got it. We'll we'll put that in the show notes. Ilya, thank you so much for taking on time and speaking to us. I really enjoyed my conversation with you. [00:34:33] S3: Thank you, Rohit. It was a pleasure to be a guest at your podcast.
