[01:42:33] S0: Call Ken Richie. [01:42:35] S1: We'll we're do it [01:42:38] S0: we're ready. We're we're... In [01:42:41] S1: professional makeup already. We look great on camera. [01:42:44] S2: You know, we shouldn't do that though. We should do it in costume. [01:42:46] S1: How about how about both of us David Senra makeup? [01:42:49] S0: We'll do the full David Senra. [01:42:50] S1: Everyone in the David Senra makeup. Three David Centers talking about the power of podcasting for seven hours. He's gonna get seven views. He's gonna get seven views. One's gonna reach. But in the seven people that watch will be the most important people in the world. Change their life right there. [01:43:08] S0: I hope I never get to the point where I don't call you or we don't grab lunch because I know what you're gonna say because I Yeah. I I still... Oftentimes, I know what you're gonna say. Yeah. And I still... It's like I needed that every Yeah. Think I need Yeah.

[01:43:22] S2: I think our friend Patrick O'Shaughnessy has this great... Because he grew up Catholic, and he has this great line that he learned from Catholicism, is like, repetition doesn't spoil the prayer. Mhmm. And my version of this on on the show is like, repetition is persuasive. It's just like, everybody's searching for the new ideas. Well, I'm searching for the ideas that don't change. I'm searching for the enduring ones that you can build a life and a career around. And I take way more inspiration from growing up in these kind of like... I mean, they're somewhat psychotic. The churches my mom would go to, you know, mom was basically a fundamental Christian. I've told a story before, but unfortunately like when she got breast cancer ten years ago, she tried, she was so fundamentalist, tried to pray her cancer away, which is devastating. She died you know, younger than she needed to as a result. Mhmm. But there is something, the fact that I was forced to go to these like super evangelical churches you know, every Sunday and most Wednesdays, and there's something to be taken away from the fact that you know, they study you know, one leader, one book, you know, and they go over the lessons in that book, you know, every week for their entire lives. I think there's a reason that, you know, religions endure more than almost any other thing that that, you know, mankind has created. [01:44:27] S1: Yeah.

[01:44:27] S1: Yeah. [01:44:28] S2: I'm a huge fan. So... And there's also like always like little different wrinkles, like me and Jordi Hays just had lunch what, like two weeks ago, a week ago? Mhmm. You know, there's all kinds of stuff that you were going through that day that that that was new. [01:44:40] S1: Yeah. [01:44:40] S0: Yeah. Yeah. Always. [01:44:42] S1: Has there been any big [01:44:43] S0: This is new. You've never seen that. [01:44:45] S1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Answer this question. Buffett Munger, they're so rich, but I've never seen them do a money spread. Do you think it actually broke? Is that possible that they're actually broke? Because I've never seen them do money. They're always talking about like, oh, yeah. Your dollar saves is a dollar earned. It's like maybe you don't have enough... [01:45:04] S0: Yeah. Some people, you know, Morgan Housel all likes to say wealth is what you what you don't see but I just... [01:45:10] S1: Yeah. Sometimes it's what you see. This is movie money by [01:45:14] S2: the way. I guess he [01:45:14] S1: would just say... [01:45:16] S0: To be clear, this is prop money. [01:45:18] S1: Yeah. But it looks good. [01:45:20] S2: Dude, I I went to... I've been to Mr. Beast's place in in North Carolina or South Carolina [01:45:25] S1: incredible, a few times. Prop money. Right? We we actually record... [01:45:29] S2: Oh, shit. We recorded an episode for the new show. It'll December. What? [01:45:34] S0: I think you swore. What what did you say? [01:45:36] S2: No. I said [01:45:36] S1: There we go.

[01:45:36] S1: There we go. [01:45:41] S2: Dagnabbit. There you go. I'm cursing way less by the way. [01:45:44] S0: I've been cognizant of it. [01:45:47] S1: You can't teach an old man any tricks. [01:45:49] S2: I I went to... How dare you call me old? [01:45:52] S1: I went to... I trust as a 100 [01:45:54] S2: year old [01:45:54] S1: man. We [01:45:56] S2: we we shot in this crazy... Let me tell you this story because you know, I mean people... You just had mentioned about like finding somebody and taking it very seriously. You guys had this idea, you're like, okay, we're not going release next week, we're going to freaking spend four more months. It's going be like absurd that we do this. Yeah. For for Beast Games, the show that he does for [01:46:14] S1: for [01:46:14] S2: Amazon Prime, man, he built an entire city. Yeah. And like I went to the city. There's like I think 2,000 people working there. Like the production is insane. [01:46:23] S1: They shot with like 1,500 cameras. They had a single camera on every... It's insane.

[01:46:23] S1: They shot with like 1,500 cameras. They had a single camera on every... It's insane. [01:46:29] S2: We... So he he was talking about all the data that that that produces everything. It's on... It's in the episode, so I I don't wanna like ruin that part. But what was cool was that we shot it in like, you built... Looked like a almost like a coliseum. Like It's like where the contestants like... A lot of them live, and a lot of like the contests take place there. But in the shot should be, I think it was like a five... I forgot how much it was, like $5,000,000. It's like a pyramid of like $5,000,000 cash. So, yeah, that that I think is prop money that he's has, but that would be hilarious if like you rolled up to... If I rolled up to Munger's house and you just had, you know, a pyramid of cash instead instead of you know, You giant should [01:47:08] S0: you should make a... You should create, you know, Disneyland for... An invite only Disneyland for podcasters. It's sort of city a city on its own.

[01:47:08] S0: you should make a... You should create, you know, Disneyland for... An invite only Disneyland for podcasters. It's sort of city a city on its own. [01:47:18] S2: So you wanna hear a funny story that's gonna go counter... No, I'm not gonna do anything other than podcasting. I had Ari Emanuel on the show. Mhmm. And he got there ninety minutes early, so we were hanging out talking, and it was just like, it was incredible to be able to like pick that guy's brain. He's like unbelievably still extreme. He's like, yeah, you know I took DMT and Ayahuasca, and I'm a lot calmer now. And I'm like, Ari, you were just yelling at somebody in the bathroom. Like, I could hear you in that door. But afterward, then we did the episode, and then I was talking to him about his podcast that he's doing. And then we went into like, you know, all the stuff that I know about podcasting. And he goes, hey man, can we like get you signed for WME or whatever? And I look at him, and we're we're out front in in the yard, where you guys been? And I go, are you? I go, there's not a god there's not a goddamn thing I can learn from you about podcasting. And I'm not doing any and and I'm not doing anything else. He just laughed and laughed [01:48:10] S0: and laughed. [01:48:10] S2: I was like, he's like, will you take [01:48:11] S0: the call?
