Anthropic. AI developer's planned IPO, with trading possible from 16 November, draws criticism over a Class F share giving seven founders 50.1 percent of votes.
Classic (acquired by Intel). Intel is buying Israeli quantum software firm Classic for an estimated $2.2bn to $2.3bn in cash and shares, per media reports.
Instacart. Grocery delivery service Instacart, recently valued near $13bn, is in advanced talks to be bought by DoorDash for $17bn, Reuters reports.
Meta. NVIDIA invests $3bn in Meta through a capital increase that could reach $97.5bn, while Meta equips more data centers with Vera Rubin.
