Bending Spoons. The Italian software company that buys and runs consumer apps went public on Nasdaq, with shares opening near $31, mainly to widen its access to debt.

Guest interviews
Mark Pincus, co-founder of Zynga. Pincus says people with winning instincts often attach them to losing ideas. In consumer, he says testing more ideas in a week than rivals test in a year gives a 4 or 5x edge in odds. He says Instagram has lost much of its original social value and that people who quit would score it about minus 35 on Net Promoter Score.
Wayne Ting, CEO of Lime. Ting says Lime is the last micromobility company standing and the only profitable, scalable one, with about $7.50 of revenue per vehicle per day and a cash margin above 50%. It runs over 300,000 vehicles in 230 cities. Tariffs of up to 150% in 2025 pushed its manufacturing across three countries.
Luca Ferrari, CEO of Bending Spoons. Bending Spoons does about five acquisitions a year, sometimes knowing a founding team for two years before closing. It has used machine learning since 2018 and built an orchestrator that routes tasks to the cheapest suitable AI model.
Nick Grossman, partner at Union Square Ventures. Grossman says USV's Rebel Alliance thesis holds that generational companies will be built up and down the AI stack, not absorbed by the big labs. He sees labs as hyper capital intensive and application companies as facing new margins from token costs.
Jeffery Liu and Jon Wang, co-founders of Assort Health. They say provider groups' revenue falls yearly as insurance costs rise, while administration costs climb 20% a year. Assort has raised $222m and cites over 190m patient-facing interactions.
Eliot Pence, CEO of Dominion Dynamics. Pence says Canada has no defense prime while the US has backed 970 companies in six years. Dominion Dynamics has raised $100m and ran a three-month snowmobile operation across the Northwest Passage.
Julian Hoenig, co-founder and chief design officer of Amble. The Amble One electric buggy drew over 1,000 preorders within three days. Amble starts with hospitality clients such as Amangiri before selling to consumers.
